Entr’acte committee consists of 11 to 15 members between the ages of 18 and 35. Entr’acte members help increase the membership of the theater (especially in their age group), plan social events at the theater for all members and our neighborhood, volunteer for various responsibilities at the theater during the year, help raise funds for the theater, and create a new awareness of Footlite Musicals in the community. Entr’acte is also responsible for the annual Summer Children’s Workshop.
Entr’act is currently seeking new members for the upcoming 2018-2019 season! Application deadline is June 5th, 2018.
Responsibilities will be, but not limited to: helping increase the membership of the theatre, especially in their age group; planning social events at the theatre for all members and our neighborhood; volunteering for various responsibilities at the theater during the year; helping to raise funds for the theatre; creating an awareness of Footlite Musicals in the community.
The board will be chosen by June 11th and will start their term on July 1, 2018. The length of their term will be at least one year. The members should meet at least once a month but no less than 10 times per year as a complete group. The committee will be joined by a member of the senior Board of Directors.

The Development Committee is the primary fundraising committee for Footlite Musicals. Committee members write grant applications and reports, research new sources of funding, develop fundraising plans, manage donor relationships, secure sponsorship and program advertising. Committee members may also serve as Show Liaisons between the committee and individual shows to provide fundraising support.
Meetings: The Development Committee meets on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 pm in the Footlite Board Room (subject to change due to schedule conflicts and holidays.)

Footlite Musicals is seeking a volunteer to lead a Marketing Committee. This committee is responsible for developing marketing plans to increase ticket sales and event attendance and to build awareness of Footlite Musicals in the community. This committee will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns and managing Footlite’s social media messaging.
